Yes, you can enroll / apply for DSC online without our intervention or support provided you possess sufficient IT, web / internet knowledge and proficiency in use of a PC. 

at the time of placing the order, provide your comments in the comments section of the order and we shall provide you with a link to enroll / apply for DSC on your own with instructions, dos & donts. Also, with this method, there is no need to share any of your soft copy of documents to us as you can upload such documents in the portal directly and ensure that the photo and documents you upload is readable with ease and is of requested file formats. (png, jpg, pdf, etc).

We consider and take all privacy matters very seriously. Kindly review the Privacy Policy Section in our TnC page. We use HTTPS protocol at our website for secure and encrypted communciation.

Any information you share with us is used to provide services as requested by you and disclosed to staff only on a need to know basis, relevent to the job role they perform, to fulfil your order and shall not be used in any other manner what so ever. 

We adopt a clean desk policy. We also do not take printouts of any of the inforamtion shared by you and is stored electronically. 

Products sold by us are priced moderately considering various business situations and factors that are at times beyond our control. Few such factors are acquisition costs, opex, capex, logistics, support, cost of quality, regulatory and compliance costs, inflation, etc. For some sellers, these may not be points to consider and may offer lower prices and the client may not get support at the need of the hour. 

Usually our customers / business houses have never negotiated on the pricing quoted by us as they understand that our products are priced reasonably, viewed as an essential part of their business, and treated as mandatory, minimalistic expenditure in comparison to their turnover volumes and various other business expenditures the incur. (feedback provided by business houses). 

We do not provide price-match assurance if a lower price was found elsewhere for the same product as we feel it is un-healthy competition, short lived, compromising in services to customer / clients, may involve hidden costs, lack of  business acumen and goals, a plan to attract or divert customer attention and then negotiate.

Wherever possible, to motivate our site visitors and clients, we offer reasonable discounts and referral benefits.

We would like to be practical and re-iterate that Profitability is not the ONLY objective though it is an important and essential business factor. 

DSC issue can be revoked for below reasons (in brief). Once revoked, the DSC cannot be used furhter. 

• Private key compromised
• Loss of private key
• Changes to information in certificate already issued
• change in job role / transferred / retired from the company
• Company initiated revocation
• Death of the DSC holder / subscriber
• Dissolution of the business entitiy
• Facts conceled
• Judiciary / regulatory authority directives
• Other reasons / case to case basis
• Lost / Stolen / Misplaced encrypted USB token
