Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for Foreign Organisations, combo (sign+encypt)
This is a Class 3 DSC for use by organisations only i.e make representation by Authorised individual on behalf of organisation while filing and to meet various regulatory and compliance needs as narrated / listed below and comes with 1 year validity.
This DSC is issued to authorised persons working for the organisation located overseas, Citizens of different nations or their organizations.
Organisation name shall appear along with the name of Authorised Signatory.
This DSC can be used for (in brief):
- Incometax returns filing,
- For use on MCA portal for various purposes, etc.

- Establishment certificate / Registration Certificate
- ID proof of authorised signatory / authorising person
- Board resolution / Authorisation letter on letterhead
Foreign Attestation procedure (Authorization letter with company seal and signature) (any one from below)
- Embassy of Native Country (If applicant is out of native country)
- Apostilled by Native Country, after Public Notary (if country is in Hague Convention)
- Consularized by Native Country, after Public Notary (if country is not in Hague Convention
